Is there any way in mIRC to check if the channel connected is live? (on twitch) If there is, can you paste the code? would be super awesome. Need it for a point system so people can only get points when the channel is live.

This is an mIRC Help and not mIRC Scripting section, please check the next time the correct place to post your thread.

Edit: You can use the /list command to see if the channel is alive or not.

I dont see how to use this. Tried several times. Send me a test script with echo /list or something?

/list has nothing to do with if a channel is live; that's a twitch feature, not an irc feature. You can find out yourself how to check if a channel is live, then you can ask how to implement it in mirc.
