Authorization emails often get marked as spam. Check your spam folder. Also, some ISPs have their own spam filter prior to it ever reaching your mailbox. Some let you turn this on or off. Some don't let you change it, but put them into a junk folder on the server that you can access using webmail. Try looking for the email there.
Other than that, you can look up the website for the network (Google should help you find it). They should have contact information there. Or join the #help channel and someone should be able to help you. Most networks have a #help channel.
