Does anyone know how to make a script how if i'm ingame on a SA-MP server if i type something like !msg or -msg or something similar my IRC will respond by saying !msg [text] or whatever i want it to say?

not sure what you're talking about. if you're talking about having mirc react to something you type into another program, mirc has support for DDE, so if your other program supports DDE then it can send instructions to mirc.

another method could be if the other program is able to write the command to a specific disk file, then have mirc monitor that disk file for the commands you want to display in mirc.
