If it is your seen script, then you should post a link to it in the Scripting and Pop-ups section, rather than the full script.
There is a limit as to the number of lines that can be posted in the code tags. I'm not sure what that limit is, I just remember that I have seen it exceeded with very long codes.

You should also check any other scripts that you have loaded, as it may be a combination of multiple scripts trying to run at the same time.

one big question, should i have problems with it?
im in a amd phenon II x4 955 3.20ghz with 6gb ram
for me it was more than enough to run a simple seen script..
and every time i run a new server connection that appears
LOADUP Unknown command
what is that?

You have to have another script loaded that has that command in it.
It is not a standard mIRC command, thus without the corresponding alias to make it a valid command, you will get that error.

It appears to me that you have gotten a script with that command, but not the corresponding script/alias that tells mIRC what to do when that command is encountered.

As to that command and the seen script, it does not exist in the script based upon what you posted.

To make a long story short, you should be posting about this in the Scripts & Pop-ups section, not Bug Reports as it's not a mIRC bug.
