hey folks, anybody can help me? why on CONNECTFAIL doesn't works?

How many times do you have it set to try to reconnect?
The screen-shot shows 19 attempts.
According to the help file

I have bolded the part that I think might be relevant to your situation, though it's not bolded in the help file.

But according to the code he shows and the help file text you gave, shouldn't there be text in the active window for each of these retries?

Is this a new event? I'm sure I would have utilized this had I had this option before.

Edit: Looking again at the image, what OS are you using? Is that Linux?

The code that he shows is straight forward, but the event only triggers after all of the retries have failed, not after each one. Thus the only way that he'd getting it triggered after each retry is if he had the number of retries set at 1, which is contradicted by the fact that the picture clearly shows (amongst others) a retry count of 19.
