HI guys,
I have this major problem when I try to connect to undernet servers I get the following error.
AUTO [1] (Ac1Rc) Infected with a virus or trojan, please clean your system. Cleaner @ http://www.moosoft.com (P321).

I downloaded some cleaner from the above given site but it works sometimes but again i start gettin the same error. I don't even seem to see any trojan virus anymore when I run the above mentioned cleaner.
Please help URGENT!!

Such messages don't necessarily mean that you have a virus or trojan. Networks can sometimes ban an entire ISP or just a group of IPs if they are detecting too many with viruses/trojans. You may just be caught up in it because of others. You can contact the network through their website to try and get it resolved. If you think you might have (or have had) the virus/trojan mentioned, you can usually Google the name of it and find step by step methods of removing it manually and/or automatic removal tools designed for the specific virus/trojan. You can also use a popular tool like Spybot Search & Destroy to see if you have any trojans.
