Hello,

A while ago I had a program in my IRC,
the program kept adresses and nicknames from other peoples in my irc, so every time people joined with another nickname, i could see the older nickname also from the person. Does somebody know where i can find that file? I dont know if it a script or addon, but I hope you people can help me further.

This was, probably, a script. In fact, most addons are scripts.
I have a script like this posted here. Please note that my script does have a limitation if you get one person using a lot of nicks from the same address.

I copied the code and put it in my script editor , is that right?

Some people have reported that they had to restart mIRC for the script to work, while others have said that it works from the very beginning. Thus you may need to restart mIRC for the script to activate properly.
