I can't figure out how to stop Chanserv from changing my changes to my channel.

I use Foonetic and it wont allow me to change the "Only OP sets Topic" so I can allow the other posters to change the topic.

You will likely get faster help through the #help channel as they will have specific information on how the network services work on that network.

However, some things to get you started:

* If you set a mode during a netsplit, it will be reset after the netsplit ends.
* Unless the channel is registered, if everyone leaves, all settings will be reset.
* You may be running a script that tells Chanserv to change the setting (or another op may be).

Considering the "IRC SERVICES" they use, I'd suggest going to #help and asking.
That particular "services" setup is not usual, by ANY means (to the point where they even admit to being "loosely" based on DALnet's services.
