It's not a great issue, but when you open mirc, connect to a channel you log and reloads the latter part of the prior day's log, this one will be incomplete, but just for a few lines.

Do you mean that it is incomplete from the bottom of the log or the top of the log? :-) The reload logs feature only reloads the last 500 lines of a log file, it does not reload the whole log file.

As in the last lines of the log (like when you close the client). Example, these are the last and first lines I get when I open mirc and join back:
30/May/10 23:51 <Escobar> <Enaavr> so then i just went to suika XDDD
09:19 * Now talking in #DA

And what it should be:
30/May/10 23:51 <Escobar> <Enaavr> so then i just went to suika XDDD
30/May/10 23:51 <Escobar> I lol'd
30/May/10 23:51 <uled> Merci is a brand of French chocolate manufactured by the German company August Storck
30/May/10 23:51 <uled> fail
30/May/10 23:51 <uled> ./failwhale
30/May/10 23:53 <uled> shitty cast today
30/May/10 23:53 <uled> fail
30/May/10 23:55 <RS> g'night dutch & co
09:19 * Now talking in #DA

There are a few lines missing...

Are the missing lines showing up in the log file saved in your log folder? Or is the log file itself missing them as well?

The log file itself is ok.
