Someone asked me something about mIRC, saying it once had an interesting feature... but no matter where I look, this feature doesn't seem to have ever existed. I'm curious if my friend has simply gone mad.
What he wants is the ability to do a multi-line post. He described it that if he hit enter in between words in a post, it would make it where when he hit enter at the end, it would post in multiple lines.
Instead of "One. Two. Three. Four." He would have...
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
To better explain, he mentioned it as One.[enter]Two.[enter]Three.[enter]Four.[enter]
Whereas [enter] is really hitting the button. But only the enter at the end would actually post it in it's segmented way.
Is my friend hallucinating or is there an actual feature somewhere in mIRC like this? Or was there one that was removed?
