Hello,

Would be nice if there's a switch to update a notify list entry (update the note & the network(s)

e.g: /notify -un MyFriend MyNetwork Some note.
This will update the note for "MyFriend" and add "MyNetwork" to the list of networks.

A penny for your thoughts.

How is this different from overwriting the MyFriend entry with the new data?

/.timerQ 1 0 echo /.timerQ 1 0 $timer(Q).com

And how do you overwrite the entry? You have to remove then readd, don't you? As far as I'm aware, there's no overwrite flag. And when you try to add an entry that already exists, it won't overwrite, it'll error.

I see, you basically want to skip /notify -r. In that case, simply allowing direct overwriting would do the trick (there would be no need for a switch).

/.timerQ 1 0 echo /.timerQ 1 0 $timer(Q).com

Probably, yeah... And I think it makes sense to be able to do that.
