I’m looking for a script that will allow you to accept or deny Private Messages (PM) and give out a pre message to the person PMing you that the PM has been approved or denied.

I'm going to recommend you search a scripting site, like Hawkee or mIRC.net

These are sites for, not only getting help with scripts, but also asking for scripts to be written, and they both have repoitories of several thousand scripts that have been done.

Searching these sites for what you want will save time in the long run.

I used to have one of them 'your message is being blocked' scripts but then one day I figured it would be more fun to change the block message to simply reply 'hi'. That got them to say about 3-4 lines before they gave up and moved on to the next person but encouraged me to go a little further. I added a reply for if they said the string asl or a/s/l and then over time more responses to other inputs. Today they typically take 5-7 lines and about 3-5 minutes to figure it out and sometimes up to thirty minutes and ends with them cussing and my bot replying 'if you dont like getting frustrated.. dont start conversations with robots..' ...much more fun for me this way...

I have tried both of those web sites and one has nothing and the other has just a few that don't do everything I want. Or they are too old or have been deemed not working by others.

Don't look at the age of the script since "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

Assuming you know about MSL, many scripts can be tweaked to your liking with a bit of modification.
