Is there a chance to extend sockmark capacity to 4k bytes like in normal vars?

hmm.. I thought that was increased at the same time that the regular variables were increased.

You don't even test it because the actual maximal lenght of the mark is the same as the line length limit (~4096).
It's not 512 as said in the help file.

Mirc doesn't usually have "Easter eggs" like this one

On the contrary, mIRC has a fair number of "Easter Eggs".. but if you don't experiment you aren't going to find them.

Since it's about scripting, I don't think it is an easter egg, rather one of many little errors present in the help file

I believe the initial use of the term "Easter Egg" was in jest.
