Forums Scripts & Popups Command for saving the buffer to a file?

Hi mIRC friends,

when you do a right click on a window in the treebar, you're able to press "Buffer" and then to "Save As" the window's buffer.

But is there any command to do the same?

Or is there a good way of getting and saving a window's buffer other than looping through $line()?
