OK Ive been using Opera for irc for the longest time but i wanted to be able to use scripts and such so i switched to mirc, But im having trouble with joining all the servers im usually in.
Ive been able to join a max of 10 server and thats it, if i close one of the servers im in i can join a new one, but every time i try to join an eleventh server it refuses the connection all the way up to the 99 tries and if i try again it just goes all the way to 99 refusals all over again.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or if there is something i can use to fix this, im using mirc 6.34. and windows xp.
Any feed back is appreciated, Thank you

I'm not normally on that many servers, but for testing purposes I forced as many connections to different networks as I was able, and I didn't have any problems until I got to the 16th network.

This is running mIRC 6.35 (which is the current version) and a clean install.

Thus, it sounds like a simple upgrade from 6.34 to 6.35 might be all you need.

Sounds more like a firewall issue to me. It could be limiting outgoing connections.

How many channels are you on on these 10 networks?

- argv[0] on EFnet #mIRC
