Contact the network admins. If other networks work then it's likely you've been banned from the network that doesn't. This often appears as a 10053, though I'm not sure why.

That's certainly not proof that you weren't banned... and it's certainly possible that you were banned.

RusselB starts counting the number of times he's been banned because of what someone else that used the same ISP did... and stops before he runs out of numbers.

There are many reasons you can be banned from a network "without breaking any rules". If your ISP is listed as an open proxy server you can be banned, if your computer was scanned and found to have an open proxy service running on it. you caould be banned. Basically even if you have no clue as to why you could get banned. It's alwasy best to email the server owner and ask if you got banned and if so what is the reason. Most network owners don't like banning users since they don't get more users if they can't keep the ones they have. Zippy1967

Yeah, I know.. I've done that each and every time, and have found out that about 95% of the time I was banned because the ban was applied to the host address of the person that was actually causing problems, and I just happened to have a matching host address. Basically a badly formatted ban command.
I was just trying to show that it can and does happen.
