Hi, I noticed a problem when trying to send files with Japanese characters in their name. Now that mirc says can't send file because of weird naming is one thing but what happens is that it disables/corrupts dcc sends totaly. It gives the error: DCC Send of 10 ?????????? ?? ver.mp3 to "person": Unable to open file. The ???? are the japanese characters mirc does not recognize. Any other file you try to send afther this gives the same error.

Reinstalling mirc and keeping settings does not resolve the problem, the only solution I found so far is to overwrite all your settings (clean install).

In the picture below you can see proof that my dcc sends and afther the file with japanese name it goes all wanky.
I drag and drop the file on the users name, when right clicking name and chosing dcc send: it gives this error: DCC send Problems: "Connection Failed"

I'm running windows 7 RC1

This is a known issue with UTF-8. This should be fixed in the next update to Mirc, but it is taking quite some time to get it all done.
