Forums Connection Issues *Firewall : Unable to connect to Firewall

I have not used mIRC for several months as I have been travelling but when I tried today I received the above error on every server I tried, on every network. I am using Win Vista Home Firewall, same as previously, and have verified that mIRC is listed as an eception (to be sure I relisted it and the various ports). Still the same error. I have searched through what I believe would be the appropriate forum but this error is not mentioned, and the firewall issues do not relate.

Go to mIRC Options -> Connect -> Firewall and change support to None.

Many, many thanks, that worked. Not sure how the settings got changed, or if it worked before with "Both" set, but at least now i'm back on
