OP BritishGent Babel fish B Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 82 Grimsby, Lincolnshire, UK	Hi there all, I seem to have a very strange problem, my mIRC keeps on crashing on one particular server but only on certain rooms, not all, i am bemused as to what is causing it, has anyone else experienced this kind of problem before, and if so, what if anything did you do about it?? any help would be appreciated. Never ASSUME!!! As it often makes and ASS out of U and ME!!

Can you confirm this behavior with no scripts running? Also please report back the following information: 1) The return from //echo -a OS: $os Version: $version Scripts: $script(0) DLLs: $dll(0) MD5: $md5($mircexe,2) 2) The name of the server that you are having difficulties with. 3) A few of the channel names that you are having difficulties with.

I will do a virgin mirc install tomorrow and try the steps above and report back, many thanks for any help. Never ASSUME!!! As it often makes and ASS out of U and ME!!
