What kind of notification system are you using?
There's the Highlight section in the Address Book or there's notification via a script.
If you are using a script, then we would need to see the script, and this should've been posted in the Scripts & Pop-ups section.
If you are using the Highlight section, then we will need to know how you have that set-up.
