OP NoirTenshi Self-satisified door N Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 3	I can't seem to connect onto IRC. I tried to register and i followed the instructions on the "How to install" page but it stil won't work it says "* Unable to connect (Connection timed out)" and i tried changing somethings but it still won't work! what am i doing wrong?
