Forums Connection Issues mIRC crashes after joining channel

Hi,

I'm using version 6.35 on an XP machine. Whenever I join any channel the channel then opens up and I see the first few lines of posts in the channel then mIRC hangs (not responding).
I don't believe it's my virus scanner nor my firewall as I disabled both of them and still see the same result.

Any ideas?

Do you get this with a clean installation?

You seeing those lines might be you excess flooding, or you may have a bad script for that channel somewhere.
