Forums mIRC Help download speed dropped

hi
i hope some one can help me with this
since the last 2 days my download speed has dropped big time
normally i get around 250 to 500 kbps
now i only get like 70 kbps max
im using the same bots i used before
nothing changed dont know what the problem is
i hope i can get an answer here
