Hi, well I have been using Mirc for 10+ years and have never had this problem. Whenever I start up and connect, I get disconnected and asked to change ports. How do I do this? and any ideas why this is suddenly happening?

Believe it or not, the world is not a static entity. In 10 years, certain things change. I imagine if you're being "asked to change ports" that is of the server's doing-- ie. the server no longer hosts IRC on that port. This is not mIRC's fault. You just type /server irc.server.com NEWPORT (where NEWPORT is the number)

Thanks argv0, but its not one particular server, its all of them, every one on the list has the same error message. I haven't changed anything since I last used mIRC, which is only a matter of hours ago. I would appreciate any further assistance.
