I got a channel registered for me at #support, but whne i try to /join the channel, it says invite only. How do i get into it?

lol u cant get into ur own channel ...... it means u did something wrong in its setup ...... try going to a help room on the network u are on and contact an ADMIN or IRCOP and see if they can help you .....

In addition to what D3m0n said, if your channel is registered with ChanServ, you could type /chanserv help or /msg chanserv help to get a list of what help is available to help you manage your channel. To alter any of the settings, you will first need to identify to chanserv as the founder.

LOL now thats funny...maybe some of the networks should add an option that if you identify to chanserv, that you could just have chanserv invite yourself to your channel just in case instances like this ever happen LOL. Laff of the day

actually in most services all u do is set mlock -i and ur good to go ...... most likely its a network that didnt setup thier services properly or its a registration error ...... depending on the services some do have that invite ability

Webnet has the invite option - as long as you're on at least the +v list for a particular channel.

Makes sense to have that option though...I totally forgot about the MLock option though...

founder/sop/aop should be able to tell chanserv to invite themselves in
