How can I show the elapsed time between two events in milliseconds? $ctime counts shows me nothing more than seconds and $timer doesn't have a milliseconds property.

You can use $ticks
Note that although it measures time in milliseconds it should only be considered accurate to within 5ms.
Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
