Forums mIRC Help Everytime connect to mirc

Is this like a new update or is it just me where when i connect to gamesurge on mirc, i cannot join channel until i enter "/authserv auth username password" If i do not type that in the bar below, i get the message "Cannot Join channel (+r), is there a way where i can set the "/authserv auth username password" so everytime i connect it will just let me connect instead of typing that everytime.

That is a channel specific requirement and has nothing to do with mIRC. Some channels require you to register your nick and then identify to your nick before joining their channel.

If you want that to happen, just add the command to your Perform list in options. Alt-O > Connect > Options > Perform. Set it for only that network and add that command.

how do u add the channel and stuff

You can put the channel into the Favorites list. The authserv information is for the network not the specific channel, so that would go into the Perform section as Riamus2 mentioned.
