OP ohtempis Bowl of petunias O Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 2	so i used the irc chat thing before in my life (8 yrs ago) and now whenever i got to a server and then a room NO ONE CAN SEE ME. i type in hello. nothing i registered into one server then said hello NOTHING i even tried messaging other people privately STILL NOTHING. im getting really frustrated with this thing because i want to chat!! WHATS GOING ON please helo

If ypou are unging a clean mirc , make this command. /remote off them test again ... Hope i have helped...

Keep in mind tht it is quite possible that no one chooses to reply, or no one is active (i.e. they are just idling). Try another network and find a channel where people are talking and ask if they can see what you're typing. That will tell you if your text is going through.
