Before I go on, for future reference, this forum deals with the program mIRC which does not have any direct link to any servers or channels on servers.
That said, it looks like you've either gotten yourself marked as a spambot of some sort or your computer has been infected with something that would make you spam. Either way, the best way to deal with this situation is to address the person kicking you directly (ie sending them a query asking about it or posting a topic about it on some forum directly related to the channel).
