Whenever I hit Enter, this happens:
Code:
On *:TEXT:*:*:{
commands
}

Instead of:
Code:
On *:TEXT:*:*:{
  commands
}

Why?
Also, How can I fix It if It is Fixable?

Auto-Indenting is new and not fully complete. It will indent automatically to wherever you were on the previous line, but will not indent more or less based on {}'s (yet). There's nothing you can do about it other than wait for a newer version of mIRC that does have that ability and/or use an external editor.

Well, yeah... but that was possible pre-6.31 as well.
