Is there a command to set up the main and alternate nicknames without having to go to the options?

Is there a extra parameter for /nick that could do that?

Thanks in advance for any help

I think you mean /mnick <main nick here> for setting the main nickname.

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.

Both nicks can also be set if you use the /server command with the -i flag. This means it can be done on a per-connection basis.

besides the /nick and /anick you can also use /tnick which is the temp nick in case you dont want to replace your current nick and anick wink
