(6.31)

I have all my internal windows maximized within mIRC.

Windows Vista's "glass" effect keeps getting disabled in the main mIRC window frame. It happens when I join a channel with a Unicode topic, then switch to a different internal window and back to the first one. After that, it's gone until I restart mIRC.

I thought it might be some DLL's fault, but it happens even with /remote off (and an mIRC restart).

I also just noticed that if I restart mIRC, join a channel and set its topic to something in Unicode, the titlebar will show jibberish until I do the aforementioned double-switch.

Thanks!

It's a known issue due to mIRC's custom display of Unicode text in the titlebar.

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.

Oh. Right. I guess I could've found that using a search. Sorry. blush
