I have been scripting a bot for my runescape clan. I was wondering if it is possible to make a script where the bot will go to this website http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=tlc_clan and then read off the members names that are listed there and tell it to the person who initiated the command in pm or something. IT is only one page but I would like to know how to script it if it became two.

Anyway anyone know how to do this?

There have been various people who have come in here looking for runescape scripts. I'm sure if you search the Scripts & Popups forum for "runescape", you will find some that will do what you're looking for. Consider increasing the date range from 1 year to 5 years for additional results.
