Why in some servers i'm with mode "+i"?I mean the server automatically set the mode +i when i connect to the server. In other servers that not happens.

Some IRCd config files are setup to give user +i on connect and others won't. That mode means invisible which means when someone issues the commands /who or /names you wont show up unless the command was used in a channel you are both in.

You might also want to check your mIRC settings (Alt-O > Connect) and see if you have Invisible mode enabled.
