I have a friend with a proxy issue that needs help logging on. I cannot help him. Please respond to John at -edit-

Thank you,
maCCat

Posting emails isn't a good idea on a public forum leads to a lot of spam etc.

I have been trying to log into #smallcaptrading were I am registered. But, I get rejected they say I am using a proxy. My friend MaCCat talked to the server op to get my ban removed and it was lifted. The server op said to log in directly but I am not sure what that means. I also cannot identify the proxy that I am using

They probably don't allow proxy connections then... not a lot you can do about that. Are you using an open proxy? They are disallowed on almost every network due to their ability to be abused.

The differences between the 2 networks could be that they use a different proxy scanner. I wonder why you need to use a proxy in the 1st place?
