I've recently upgraded from mIRC 6.16 and in the older version I was able to right click on a user and whois. With this newer version it doesn't even allow me to right click on the user. Although im able type /whois in the bar and that users name and give me the detail there its quicker and more comfortable the other. Any suggestions or ideas thanks

I uploaded the popups.ini file to a website for you to download.

Save it into your mIRC directory.

Go into your popups section (Alt + P) go to File > Load and select the popups.ini file you just downloaded.

Hope that helps.
