That means you made it to the host (
the machine on which the server runs) but the host is refusing your connection attempt. The server is probably down (
not running), or someone may have forgotten to pay their bill or they may have decided to not run a server anymore, who knows. Try a different server on the network, that's why it's a network of server
s instead of just one server. Also, see this
