Forums Connection Issues error 10101

My apologies if this has been asked before.

Has anyone found out specifically how to resolve this error? I've found one thread here on it, but no solution:

I presume it has to do with my router settings as this is what I've been tinkering with of late. Is there a specific port I need to open for the pingpong event to work properly? Right now my mirc disconnects every 15 to 20 minutes with the 10101 error

Also, in addition to this, I've discovered that after my DCC sends have finishished, I'm no longer disconnecting.

So I'm guessing that this error is specifically caused by my router configuration for dcc sending. Hope someone can help.
