when someone writes a text with colors, mirc show it without colors, how can i fix?

maybe your script uses a theme and filters the colours out ?

Some networks and/or channels block colors. Also, it is possible that you have a user mode set that blocks colors. You might try joining another network and channel and see if you have the same problem.

And, as mentioned, it could be some script that you are using.

also see options(Alt+O)/IRC/messages and check that none of those(strip codes from incoming messages) checkboxes are filled in.

On top of checking your own mirc settings, and script specific circumstances (easy to check by typing /remote off), as Riamus2 noted some ircds allow channel owners to set a flag that filters control codes out of messages. You can check the '/quote ircdhelp' for information regarding the availible modes to check against those set.
