RusselB Hoopy frood R Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 7,252 Ontario, Canada	I was able to reproduce this, although not easily, and I was only able to reproduce it on my Windows Vista system. Basically I had to hit the d key so quickly that it filled the keyboard buffer first.
