Is there a raw that will inform me when users login my channel?

Thats what the join event tells you.

on *:join:#:/echo -a $nick joined # - $rawmsg

Sorry I didnt ask my question properly....Is there a raw that will inform me on what port the user is on when he login my channel?

Not that I was able to determine.
There is a fairly extensive list of raws and the information that they return here

I think you would need admin privileges on the network.

from what I understand about IRC servers, unless you have unique user types for each port, there isn't a way to find out what user is on what port, unless you have administrator privledges on the computer that the IRC server runs on. there may be a module, or plug-in for the IRC server software that will provide the port number, but I'm not aware of any.

Ok if I understand right, they are noway to check on whois or on login what port a user is on when he enter my channel?
