Forums mIRC Help cant connect

for some reason i cant connect now. i keep getting this:



this happenned after i logged onto mIRC and i forgot to identify myself. then it changed my name to guest. then it wouldnt let me change my name back because it kept saying something like "that is already a registered nick" so i closed mIRC and reopenned it and now it just wont connect...

any suggestions?

im using the cyanide-x.net network and im asking here because their forums are messed up

Why are you connecting on 6688 ? any special reason? as port 6667 connects just fine

idk lol. how to i set it to 6667?

edit: ok my default is set at 6667 but it keeps using random ports. i went into Connect Options and to Advanced and "random ports" isnt even checked off. how do i get it to go back to 6667?

Type this in your edit line:

/server 83.142.228.237:6667

And see how that works.
