Hey, somebody knows, when i open my Windows Media Player and it is playing a song, how i can let see it? on mIRC, cause i can't find a good one.

There may be a DLL for this but most people use a mirc script to play mp3s instead of trying to link external programs to mirc
Those who fail history are doomed to repeat it

http://www40.brinkster.com/wakku/download.asp
but WMP 11.0 no longer has ADD plugin option.

Why would you use a DLL for this when this can all be done with COM objects?

It can? I've never come across an object that lets you see what windows media player is playing. I'm pretty sure you'd still need to use a third party dll because that kind of functionality definitely isn't support in the WMP object model.
