Forums Feature Suggestions Toolbar and Room List tweaks

Just some ideas today while mucking around.

I love the ease of customising the toolbar. Would be nice to have an identifier tell you the position of the toolbar. (top,bottom,left,right)
For instance: When toolbar is at the top or the bottom I choose a certain button that is thin and long, when on the left or the right I would want to change that button to be smaller.

Also a command to change the position would be cool.


For the channel lister, being able to halt the list would be wonderful. I was just in quakenet and there are almost 100,000 rooms!! :S

Right click in the channel list while it is recieving the list, and select 'stop listing'.

thanks, is there a command for that? I dont use the "Channels List".

Not all IRCd's support that, but it could be supported on
all networks if maybe mIRC could first ignore all 322 replies
on that connection, issue the command to the server and
keep ignoring the 322 replies until it receives a 323 reply.

That is simple enough using RAWs.

Hmm, thought the /list syntax was standard across all ircds, guess not. That could indeed the OP's script a little more complex that it may have needed to be.

Looks like chatting with my gf online while she is at work has at least one downside, i definately got it from her!
