I can't get SSL working on Vista. It works fine in XP, but when I boot into Vista mIRC doesn't load the SSL DLLs and $sslready is false... I did verify the DLLs didn't get up and walk away between boots, and I also tried copying them into \Windows\system32. mIRC still won't load them.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I seem to recall that XP SSL dlls don't work on Vista. There is likely a Vista version of the dlls.

I checked for that and came up blank.

But it just randomly started working and I didn't do anything (well I installed some programs and updates and such). It works now and I have no clue why it wasn't.

I have a feeling I'm going to LOVE Vista. frown
