You can script mIRC in anything you like; even notepad. Once you load it into mIRC, it will put in the "tabs" for you if you don't automatically type them in yourself.

That reminds me, is there an editor that makes scripting easier, such as an auto suggester (ex: if you type on 1:T it will give you a popup saying TEXT...)

Ye but the thing is I dont want to load it in mirc for different reasons, just want to edit it in a software that show me if I brake a tab/bracket as mirc's editor does.

None that I know of, though *perhaps* a C++ editor would format it properly. I'm not really sure. That tabs it by 5 (I believe), but that shouldn't be a problem.
Not sure why you don't want to load it in mIRC, but you can always use a clean client that isn't connected and use it as an editor. That would let you work with it without it triggering in any way (since you're not connected). Just a thought.

Personally, though, I think that such shortcuts lead to bad scripting habits and prevent you from learning how to script properly. What happens if all a person knows how to do for an on TEXT event is to type 1:T when they find themselves not able to use the program/script that lets them type it in that way? They won't know the correct format for the event.

You can just open the script file in another mIRC, that isn't connected to any networks, I've done it before when I worked on a bot.
