Hello,

there is one feature i've always missed in mirc. When I return after a long time to mIRC, if i'm on a very busy channel and someone mentioned my name, i see that that channel is highlighted. But then I have to find the actual line(s).. which can be troublesome, esp. one of my highlights is $me, and i'm not sure which nick i had at the time. So I always wanted a shortcut, like ctrl+h or smth, which would jump to last highlighted line.. then one earlier.. and so on.

wouldnt it be great?

or perhaps thats possible with some scripting? :-)

it's a good idea, you could always set up a script that forwards highlighted lines to a @window for easy checking too.

There are quite a few nick alert type scripts around, take a look on mirc.net and mircscripts.org

well i dont want more windows floating around.. existing highlight is just fine for my needs, i only need ability to quickly locate the highlighted line..

Agreed. I came in here today to suggest that very same feature. Luckily I did a search and saw that you had already suggested it.
