well, there's the colors option menu up at the top with the 4 crayons. Your text will change color if you use an action like [b]/me says hello[b]. You can also script it too. Does this help?

If you want to change the color of text that you see, press Alt-K and set it up there. If you want to change the color of the text that you type that other people will see, use Ctrl-K and select the number you want to use. Note that if a popup doesn't appear when you press Ctrl-K, you should go into mIRC options and turn that on and try again. Alt-O > Other > Keys Button > Check "Control-K pops up color index"

do u want your text sent to the channel in color? or do u just want to see your text in a color on your display (so as to notice it from everyone elses for instance)

if color to channel, then its ctrl-k or u would have to use some tupe of ON INPUT script to add it

if its just color it up locally for your onw sake, then click that crayons icon up the top as said before.
