It would be usefull to have $input(blah,c) to display the colour index liike when you type ctrl+k.

If only women came with popup menus and online help.

you could have $input(prompt,e,title,$chr(3)) to auto fill it with the ctrl-k character, this however doesn't pop up the color box(which will only pop up if set in Options/Other/Keys/Control+K pops up colour index anyway.)

Not a bad idea and I wouldn't limit it to $input, anything with an editbox/prompt, such as custom windows or dialogs too.

It does? I just looked in the help file & couldn't find it. Would you post the section of the help file where the c option is shown & explained?

It also only goes up to mIRC 6.14, which means there's 3 releases of mIRC (and updates to the official help file) that aren't included.

The only .chm help file for mIRC that I was able to find is here and it only goes to version 6.16. I haven't reviewed it to see if the items that I know aren't in the standard help file are in it or not.
