To use a Proxy in mIRC:
1. Tools, Options, Connect, Firewall.
2. Firewall Support: (Both, if you plan to connect and DCC)
3. Proxy (Dependant on the Proxy type)
4. Host Name (Name of Proxy Server)
5. User ID/Password (Leave Blank for Free Proxy)
6. Port (Proxy's Port)
7. Exception Masks (Leave Blank
8. Connect
